with third parties. The exception to this is submissions that are
chosen for publication may include the submitters name and town of
residence. Also, if donors explicitly say they wish to be recognized

In order to create a better web site, we will use Cookies to collect
basic information from site visitors. This information will not be

Donors
To verify transactions, it is
necessary to collect personal information from donors such as full name,
address, phone number, and email. This information will
not be shared with third parties and access to it will be restricted both
physically and electronically.
For credit card processing, we use an established e-commerce provider and
employ SSL security.
Submissions
In order to verify the source of submissions to Letter to the Editor,
Perspectives, Sounding Board, and You Gotta Laugh, it is necessary to
include full name, address, phone number, and email with the submissions.
If a Letter to the Editor is published it will include the submitter's name
and home town. Published submissions to
Perspectives will include the submitter's name and may include their home
town. Published submissions to You Gotta Laugh may include the
submitters name and home town.
Personal Medical Information
We will not share or divulge any medical information that is gleaned
from your interactions with us unless it is intended for publication.
Any medical information that is revealed as part of a submission for
publication, or an interview, will not be considered private. |
