Do you have a funny story, anecdote, observation, or cartoon relating to Chiari and/or syringomyelia? Submit your original work, and if selected for publication, you will be paid $50. Submissions will become property of C&S Patient Education Foundation upon payment and may be published by C&S Patient Education Foundation in any medium. If selected for publication, submissions may be edited for length, grammar, and clarity.

Submissions must be original work, should be less than 100 words, and must include the writer's full name, home address, and phone number. Only submissions which are selected for publication will be acknowledged.
