Are you interested in sharing your Perspective with our community and getting paid for it?  If so, please submit a 2-3 paragraph, first person overview of who you are and what your perspective is.  If we are interested, you will be contacted and asked to submit a full length article (1,000 - 2,500 words).  Request for a full length submission does not guarantee selection for publication.  Authors selected for publication may be paid $100. Submissions will become property of C&S Patient Education Foundation upon payment and may be published by C&S Patient Education Foundation in any medium.  If selected for publication, submissions may be edited for length, grammar, and clarity.

What we're looking for:
We're interested in stories that go beyond just the medical facts.  We want to hear how you've been affected, both the good and the bad, how you cope, how you feel about the issues surrounding these conditions and why you made the decisions you made.  We're interested in stories from different members of the community:  Chiari patients, syringomyelia patients, parents, spouses, doctors, researchers, etc.  If you have an interesting Perspective, we want to hear it.

Submissions must be original work and must include the writer's full name, home address, and phone number.  Submissions will only be acknowledged if we are interested in your story.

Submissions by email:  director@conquerchiari.org
